I specialize in working with you in preparation for your baby's birth and offer a number of classes to help when your baby has arrived. I teach the Mongan method of HypnoBirthing in a series of ante natal classes to prepare you for labour and the birth of your baby. New to Scotland, Baby Calm classes will help you to understand simple techniques you can use to calm your baby once it arrives and leave you feeling more conficent about coping with a new baby. My aim is to help you as new parents, and your baby to have the very best start to your family life. As a counsellor for The Scottish Cot Death Trust, I will go through their sleep safe recommendations with you at both Baby Calm classes.
